The beds in this hotel are the most comfortable we have encountered on our trip. The pillows are great as well. A small but important part of the room. We have had some very hard beds in the last 3 weeks so we were very happy. We always ask for an extra pillows as the pillows are rather small here. The coffee pod machine makes excellent coffee and they replace the pods each day. It was very clean and after a bit of a walk around the area we found a great street for restaurants. Kagurazaka-dori street. Supposedly the best in Shinjuku. It’s near one of the nicest gardens and museums we have visited, Shinjuku Gyoen garden. Definitely worth a visit. They generously give 4 bottles of water and replenish them each day.

The room was spacious, clean, modern enough. The air conditioning/heating system worked well and responded quickly if we needed a temperature change. We had previously stayed at Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki which was more modern than this one but we liked this one. We were in the East Wing which is attached via the lobby. More than one train station are within 5-10 minute walk. About a 10 minute walk to Tokyo Dome where there are a lot of restaurants. Starbucks and convenience stores within 2 minute walk. The breakfast buffet was hands down the best one I’ve experienced so far in Japan!

Room - We had a triple on a family floors. Lots of room including sitting couch and a table that seats 4. Shower, Bath with jets and washroom (2 sinks). Our view wasn't great but if you're facing south they should be stunning. Quiet at night which was great. Location - Sensational - 3m walk to Tozai line, 6m to Lidabashi or Shoebashi lines. Very close to Tokyo Dome area. Easy to get around. Plenty of decent restaurants and shops in the area. Self-Server Laundry: Bonus and came in handy for us.

The little things - large TV (also some TV programmes in bilingual language); in-built TV function to view all the washing machine/dryers in use/or there availability even showing the times left on each machine; porter help to call a taxi and then carrying bags to the car and putting them in; 10% discount on meals at the restaurant(s); large (western style) bathtub and bathroom; comfy bed; window vents for fresh air; excellent cleaning duties; helpful staff

Leanne

The location is near to many train stations. The room is superb! Beds are one of the most comfortable bed we ever had. Cleanliness is ✅✅✅. Staffs are also very polite, accommodating and service is 👍👍👍. We supposed to transfer to another hotel but when because of the experience we got in our stay here, i've cancelled the other hotel and decided to just extebd our stay at hotel metropolitan edmont. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
